• Overseeing all operational processes and monitoring quality across all areas
• Leading and motivating our team of skilled technicians to provide excellent 24/7 service
• Monitoring KPIs and performance indicators to maintain our 5-star customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing growth strategies for market expansion and business development
• Optimizing business processes for scalability without losing our customer-first culture
• Managing budgets and financial planning for ambitious growth targets
• Identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships
• Implement improvement processes and efficiency measures across all departments
• Collaborate with the owner/management team on strategic decisions

• Bachelor's/Master's degree level of work and thinking
• Proven operational leadership experience (minimum 5 years in a senior role)
• Work experience in the sewage, plumbing, or technical service industry is preferred
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Experience with business growth and successfully scaling operations
• Financial acumen and budget management responsibilities
• Hands-on mentality – you step in wherever needed to get things done
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
• Ability to lead teams and maintain company culture during growth
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands
