How quickly can you be here?

In most cases, we'll be at your door the same day. Our technicians drive fully equipped company vehicles with camera inspection tools, high-pressure sprayers, and everything else needed. This means no second appointment because equipment is missing. One visit, problem solved.

What does 'no cure, no pay' mean?

Not solved? Then you pay nothing. It's that simple. If our technician cannot fix your blockage, we won't charge you any fees.

When does 'no cure, no pay' apply?
For all regular blockages: such as a clogged toilet, shower, sink, drain, or sewer. Our technician will visit, tackle the blockage, and you only pay the fixed price if the problem is actually resolved.

When does 'no cure, no pay' not apply?
If during the inspection it turns out there isn't a blockage, but rather a different problem with the pipe itself, such as:

a collapsed or broken sewer pipe
tree roots that have damaged the pipe
damage caused by incorrect use of chemical drain cleaners (which has broken the pipe)

In these cases, it's not a blockage problem but a repair problem. Our technician will explain this on the spot, show you using camera inspection, and provide a no-obligation quote. You are not committed to anything and decide yourself whether to proceed.

In short: blockage not solved = no payment. If it turns out to be something other than a blockage? Then we'll discuss it first, and you decide.

How much does sewer unblocking cost?

We work with fixed prices. A local unclogging service (toilet, shower, sink, drain) costs €165 including VAT. Does it take longer than expected? That's our problem, not yours; the price remains the same.

In unforeseen situations, such as a faulty pipe, our technician will first provide a quote. We only start work after your approval. This way, you'll never face any surprises.

How do I prevent a clogged sewer?

Do not pour grease or food scraps down the sink, use a hair trap in the shower, and only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no wet wipes). Regularly flushing with hot water keeps your drain clean.
