As a Customer Success & Scheduling Coordinator, you are the one who ensures our customers receive quick and professional help. You schedule our technicians, answer customer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly. With your friendly voice and efficient planning, you bring a smile back to customers' faces, even when they are dealing with a problem.

🗓️ Your workday

  • Reassuring customers and asking the right questions to clearly understand the problem.
  • Smartly scheduling technicians so we can help everyone quickly.
  • Working independently and taking initiative – with us, there are no scripts or strict procedures.
  • Contributing ideas on how we can make our service even better.
  • Keeping the administration in order, because that is also important for good service.
  • Helping customers with a smile, even when they are stressed due to a clogged toilet or a leak.
  • Maintaining contact with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and housing corporations regarding maintenance and inspections.

  • Flawless Dutch speaking and writing & basic English speaking and writing.
  • Addressing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Structured work and good planning skills
  • Staying calm when busy or when customers are stressed
  • Ability to quickly switch between different tasks
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Empathizing with customers and understanding their needs
