You schedule our engineers, answer customer questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. • Reassure customers and ask the right questions to clarify the problem
• Scheduling mechanics smartly so we can help everyone quickly
• Work independently and take your own initiative - no scripts or rigid procedures with us
• Thinking about how we can make our service even better
• Keeping records in order, because that too is important for good service
• Helping customers with a smile, even when they are stressed by a clogged toilet or leakage
• Liaise with CoEs and housing associations regarding maintenance and inspections

• A good salary between €2,800 - €3,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
