RBNL works on a no cure, no pay basis for all clogs. You only pay when the sewer clog is actually fixed. However, we are required to charge you if the inspection reveals a sewer line (and associated connections) that is not sound or if there are solid obstructions in the drain line, such as concrete, icing and tree roots.
We are not liable for old defects that we find during our work.
If products or agents have been applied in a manner that deviates from the instructions for use, such as, for example, the excessive use of granular de-stoppers, liquid de-stoppers, and the like, we can no longer claim the no cure no pay principle. This is because the pipe is no longer in good condition, so it is no longer a clog, but a defective pipe.
