Beware of scammers and fraud

We would like to alert you to an ongoing problem where RBNL's name is being falsely used by scammers. These individuals advertise under our name and pretend to be RBNL employees in person. They often charge high amounts for a sewer blockage and falsely claim to offer services through RBNL, charging you for a service that is never provided.

To help you further, we also want to share some important checkpoints that you can use to confirm the authenticity of our staff & before paying:

Our employees are always dressed in official RBNL business attire.
Our staff always drives a recognizable RBNL van.
Our staff will always give you a written receipt before you have to pay.
You sign only after the work is done.

While we make every effort to detect these activities and alert customers, we ask that you be extra vigilant. Make sure you are on our official website (https://rbnl.nl) when contacting us or making an appointment.
